Dr. Olalekan Olumuyiwa Fadolapo attended Birch Freeman High School, Surulere, Lagos for his O’Levels. He proceeded to Ogun State University for his first degree in Economics. Dr. Fadolapo holds three (3) Master degrees, MSc in Marketing, Master in Business Administration (MBA), and Master in Legal Studies (MILS) from Babcock University, Ilisan, Ogun State, the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State and Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos respectively.

He also holds a PhD Degree in Marketing with specialization in Marketing Communications from the Babcock University, Illisan Remo, Ogun State.

Dr. Fadolapo is a registered advertising practitioner, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of ICAN.

Dr. Fadolapo is a member of the immediate past Governing Council of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and also Member of the Executive Committee of Heads of Advertising Sectoral Groups (HASG),

He has served as Secretary to some Advertising Industry Organizations and Bodies which include:

1. Secretary to AAAN Board Of Trustees
2. Secretary to the AAAN Executive Board
3. Secretary to LAIF Management Board
4. Secretary to Board of Directors, Advertising Academy
5. Secretary, Advertising Industry Reform Committee
6. General Secretary, International Advertising Association (IAA) Nigeria Chapter.

He was a member of the Advertising Practitioners Investigative Panel (APIP), Vice Chairman of APCON Finance & Administrative Committee and the Chairman of APCON Corporate Licensing Administrative Enforcement Committee (CLAEC). He was the Chief Examiner for APCON Professional Examination, Lagos Centre and an ICAN Examiner.

Dr. Fadolapo is currently the Registrar/Chief Executive of ARCON. A recipient of several awards, he has facilitated several seminars, conferences, symposiums etc.
